    My translation:

    Voiceover "We asked Henrik what he's thinking about."
    HL "Uppladdning" (means "charging" or "loading" before a game)
    HL "Practice makes perfect"
    HL "Stuff that works"
    HL "Relaxation"
    HL "Face-off"
    HL "End signal."
    Voiceover "Do as Henke does - use Head & Shoulders so you're able to think about other things rather than dandruff."
