Henrik Lundqvist stopped all 31 shots he faced to earn a win and a shutout. Lundqvist earned his 10th career NHL playoff shutout in tonight's contest, and he passed Mike Richter to become the Rangers' all-time leader in playoff shutouts. Lundqvist now leads all active NHL goaltenders in career playoff shutouts, and he also leads all active NHL goaltenders in career playoff wins (56) and career playoff appearances (117). Lundqvist started his 116th consecutive playoff game with the Rangers in tonight's contest, dating back to Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals against New Jersey in 2006. Lundqvist earned his 56th career playoff win with the Rangers, tying Tom Barrasso for the 10th-most playoff wins a goaltender has earned with one franchise in NHL history. Lundqvist is the only goaltender in Rangers history who has appeared in at least one playoff game in 11 different seasons, and he leads all players (skaters and goaltenders) in career playoff appearances in franchise history (117).
