New Henrik Lundqvist Swedish Video Interview With Tour of Tiny's Restaurant

This looks like a really interesting Swedish video of Henrik giving a tour of his and Sean Avery's still unfinished Tribeca restaurant, Tiny' s. We also get to see Henrik drive away in his Lambo. Many people are anticipating the opening of Tiny's and so far very little info about it has surfaced. Hopefully, there is more info in this video and I just can't understand it. That's where my Swedish readers come in- I and many others- would really appreciate it if one of you can please translate this video for us. Thank you in advance.

UPDATE:

Maxie has translated the interview for us, which includes some information about Tiny's menu. Thank you Maxie!

First off they're just talking about the Henrik Tourist Bus.

Why do you like New York? -"It's so big and a it has a nice mix of people. The same night you have a game you can still live anonymously in the city, which is nice."

About Tiny's:" It's gonna be fun. It's gonna be a local restaurant/bar - nothing special - with good food and good atmosphere. I think the the favourite room is gonna be in the back with an open stove. The menu is not gonna have anything complicated. The hamburger has to taste good, since I'm a hamburger person! There's gonna be meatballs and soups. I don't spend too much time on this, just about one day a week."

This is the funny part - the person in the background says that Henrik is getting a ticket.

- "Oh, now I'm getting a ticket, hahaha. (And there's no way around it)."

Why a restaurant: "It's just for fun with a couple of friends. It's not like I'm gonna make money on it. It's too much of a risky business."

  3. Tror inte att Henke läser här eller skulle svara, men man kan alltid försöka, haha. Ser inte ut som om det kommer att vara färdigt innan februari, så du måste nog vänta till nästa gång...

  4. And by the way, for those who worry because he would be spending a whole day a week on this: he doesn't. He just says 'a day here and there', so basically it costs him a few days in total. Thought that's quite a difference.
