Lundqvist has posted a 2-2 record, along with a 1.89 GAA, a .944 SV%, and 1 SO through the first four games of the series, and he leads the NHL in saves in the playoffs thus far this year (134). Lundqvist started his 119th consecutive playoff game in tonight's contest, and the streak dates back to Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals against New Jersey in 2006. Lundqvist is one of three goaltenders in NHL history who have started at least 100 consecutive playoff games with one franchise (Martin Brodeur - New Jersey; Patrick Roy - Colorado).

Henrik Lundqvist established a single-game playoff career-high with 55 saves in tonight's contest. Lundqvist's 55 saves were the most he has made in any game of his NHL career (regular season or playoffs). According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Lundqvist's 55 saves in tonight's game are the most any Rangers goaltender has made in one playoff game since expansion (1967-68). He also became the first Rangers goaltender to make at least 50 saves in a playoff game since Mike Richter in Game 5 of the Patrick Division Semifinals against Washington in 1991.

Lundqvist started his 116th consecutive playoff game with the Rangers in tonight's contest, dating back to Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals against New Jersey in 2006. Lundqvist earned his 56th career playoff win with the Rangers, tying Tom Barrasso for the 10th-most playoff wins a goaltender has earned with one franchise in NHL history. Lundqvist is the only goaltender in Rangers history who has appeared in at least one playoff game in 11 different seasons, and he leads all players (skaters and goaltenders) in career playoff appearances in franchise history (117).
