Henrik Lundqvist Thinks it's "Weird and Different" Now That Martin Brodeur Is No Longer a Devil

“Him not being with the Devils is kind of weird and different,” said Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist, who had many battles with Brodeur over the last decade. “I’ve only been here for 10 years — it must be more different for the fans in Jersey, I bet, to see him with another team. At the same time, a guy like that, it’s nice if he can end it on his own terms. If he wants to play, I’m happy to see him do that.

“It’s great he still has the passion for the game, even after all his accomplishments. How many years, 20? And he still loves the game. That’s great that he gets this opportunity.
